Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Alaska

About the role

A provider network development position is available for a Mental Health Therapist in Alaska. This role will be a 1099 contractor working with multiple locations including Fairbanks, Sitka, Wrangell, Kodiak, North Pole, Seward, and Soldotna.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers
• Screen potential providers for alignment with the organization's standards
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Manage provider onboarding and training processes
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop and implement provider network strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Alaska
• Experience in provider network development and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to various locations within Alaska as needed

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
