Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Alabama

About the role

Mentally healthy individuals contribute positively to their communities. This position is designed to support the mental health needs of clients in various locations across Alabama through provider network development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers within the contracted network
• Screen and assess potential providers for alignment with the organization's standards and values
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding mental health services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of mental health services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Alabama
• Experience in provider network development and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
