About the role

Mentally Healthy Alabama is seeking a 1099 contractor to join our team in Alabama. The ideal candidate will have experience in provider network development for mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers across multiple locations in Alabama.
• Identify and evaluate potential new providers for inclusion in the network.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on provider criteria and standards.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health provider networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, healthcare administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider network development.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing mental health provider networks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with mental health providers in Alabama.
• Ability to travel within Alabama as needed.
