Mental Health Technician - Weekends, part time Nights

About the role

This is a part time Night shift position - 8/hr shifts every Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the care and treatment of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients.
• Advocate for patients who may be vulnerable or need additional support.
• Provide Parent/Family counseling, including Parent Management Training and Family Systems interventions.
• Adhere to guidelines for patients on special status (i.e. suicide, sexual abuse or AWOL precautions).
• Complete and file all documentation as required in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• No experience in lieu of a degree accepted.
• Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred.
• Nursing Assistant [LNA - New Hampshire] - New Hampshire Board of Nursing preferred.

  • Successful completion of CPI training is required within 30 days of hire.
