Responsibilities
- Variety of activities to meet consumer needs including meal preparation, cleaning of the facility, assisting with daily tasks, etc.
- Teaching group and individual basic living skills
- Providing transportation using system vehicle when required by the program
- Ensuring efficient operation of the facility
- Aiding with medication using the MAC certification under nurse supervision
- Completing required documentation using an electronic health record system
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 21 years old
- Good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Willingness to submit to a motor vehicle report check
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire
- Preference for previous experience providing patient care in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment
