Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of living areas.
• Document resident observations and progress in the electronic health record system.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is not necessary but may be considered favorably.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing exceptional care to seniors.

Skills

• Basic computer skills (e.g., using Microsoft Office applications).
• First aid/CPR certification is preferred but not required.

Pay
