Mental Health Technician
What You’ll Do
- Support Daily Activities: Plan and engage in leisure activities with clients to ensure enjoyable experiences and accompany them to appointments or outings.
- Household Assistance: Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Medication Support: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work as part of a 24/7 care team to support clients with their needs and well-being.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Experience in the mental health field is preferred but not required – paid training is provided.
- Driver’s License: For some positions, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
- Skills: Compassionate, reliable, and a great team player. Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Pay
$17.00 to $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
Full-time position
Weekdays: 11:00pm-7:00am (weekly)
Weekends: Every other weekend, 7:00pm-7:00am

We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Mental Health Technicians to join our team at Innovative Care Services! In this role, you will provide supervision and support to clients, prepare meals, document changes in client conditions, and collaborate closely with Case Managers and other Human Services professionals. You will play a key role in creating a supportive and structured environment, helping clients access the resources they need to successfully transition back into the community.
