Provide support to clients with mental illness living in community-based group homes by promoting independent living skills and social boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as budgeting, grocery shopping, and meal planning.
- Support clients in attending medical appointments and managing medications.
- Guide clients in developing healthy relationships and social skills.
- Help clients with various needs related to independent living and personal development.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and support clients in a community setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience or interest in mental health and social services preferred.
- Commitment to client well-being and fostering independence.
No hands-on care or mandated services involved.
