About the role
Join a dedicated mental health team as a Therapist, providing culturally sensitive assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and developing crisis, safety, and wellness plans to support client stability.
Responsibilities
- Conducting strength-based assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Delivering personalized therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
- Completing documentation, treatment plans, billing, and insurance forms accurately.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and administrative staff, to provide holistic care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
- Provisional license if required by state regulation.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and confidentiality adherence.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
