Responsibilities

• Conducting strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Providing individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization accurately.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Provisional license if required by state.
• Passion for mental health and commitment to ethical practice.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and time-management skills.

Pay

Our organization values diversity and equitable pay, with compensation ranging from $47 to $55 per billable unit, adjusted based on licensure and experience.
