Mental Health & Substance Use Therapist – Community Mental Health

Role: Therapist providing recovery-focused, trauma-informed counseling to adults, children, and families in a community mental health setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver individual and group therapy for mental health and co-occurring substance use issues.Collaborate with case managers, peer support, housing, and medical providers.Maintain timely clinical documentation in an electronic health record (EHR).Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to an inclusive, culturally humble environment.Support professional growth through clinical consultation and supervision.
