Mental Health Specialist (MHS)
Responsibilities
Ensure a safe, therapeutic and engaging environment.
Assist with patient groups and activities.
Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment.
Assist with patients activities of daily living.
Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in patients' behaviors.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: One year of experience working in a behavioral health setting is preferred, but not required.

About the Role
Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Schedule
Every other weekend is required.
