About the role
Counsel with emphasis on prevention. Work with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental and emotional health. May help individuals deal with issues associated with addictions and substance abuse; family, parenting, and marital problems; stress management, behavior, learning, and mood disorders.

- Help individuals deal with issues associated with addictions and substance abuse
- Help individuals deal with family, parenting, and marital problems
- Provide stress management support
- Offer guidance on behavior, learning, and mood disorders
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice as a counselor or psychologist
- Experience working with individuals and groups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess and address a variety of mental and emotional health concerns
Qualifications
- Knowledge of counseling theories and techniques
- Understanding of mental health disorders and their treatment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
