About the role
Mental Health Provider (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP)
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy.
- Partner with the Psychiatrist and Mental Health Therapist to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy.
- Use a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes and inform plan of care.
- Participate in an integrated care team focused on providing great care.
Requirements
- Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of IL
- Active DEA license
- Active CDSS
- Passion for high quality care
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Proficiency in using an EMR system
- The desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions
Qualifications
- Over one year of professional work experience working in an Advance Practice Provider role
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred

- EMR proficiency
- Ability to manage a caseload and coordinate care

Pay
Typical compensation for the role is $135k - $150k based on years of experience and other factors
Schedule
A hybrid work schedule is offered, with most providers working three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth. A four-day work week is also possible.
