Mental Health Provider (Psychiatric PA or NP) - Conyers - GA

About the role

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services with a mission to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are seeking passionate Advanced Practice Providers (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) in the greater Conyers market to partner with us in delivering psychiatric healthcare services.

As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy based on patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management
• Deliver supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records using an EMR system
• Manage a general spectrum of mental health conditions
• Collaborate with an integrated care team, including psychiatrists and mental health therapists, to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy

Requirements

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of practice
• Active DEA license
• Active CDS (Illinois Providers only)
• Passion for high-quality care
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency in using an EMR system
• Desire and ability to treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions

Geode highly prefers candidates with over one year of professional experience in an Advanced Practice Provider role and those with outpatient work experience.

Pay

Estimated earnings: $140,000.00–$160,000.00

Schedule
