Mental Health Professional - Kadimah PROS

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
• Maintain a full caseload with timely and accurate documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team
• Support clients in building skills for recovery and independence

Requirements

A warm, empathetic, and culturally competent clinician
Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and computer skills
Experience with mental health and substance use disorders preferred
Knowledge of crisis management and de-escalation skills is a plus
Valid NYS license or limited permit in one of the following: MSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT, MFT, CAT, or LCAT
