Mental Health Professional - Kadimah PROS

Kadimah PROS is seeking a passionate, high-energy Mental Health Professional to join our innovative, clinical group focused program in Brooklyn. We are dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and growth-oriented learning environment for both our staff and the adults (18+) we serve who are living with severe mental illness. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative clinical team that values empathy, cultural awareness, and professional development. You’ll provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices while helping foster a safe, respectful space where clients can learn, heal, and thrive. Responsibilities Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based practicesMaintain a full caseload with timely and accurate documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical teamSupport clients in building skills for recovery and independence What We’re Looking For A warm, empathetic, and culturally competent clinicianStrong communication, teamwork, time management, and computer skillsExperience with mental health and substance use disorders preferredKnowledge of crisis management and de-escalation skills is a plusValid NYS license or limited permit in one of the following: MSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT, MFT, CAT, or LCAT Why Join Kadimah PROS?
