Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support services
- Participate in regular supervision and case conferences
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current license to practice as a Mental Health Professional in your state
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Proficiency in computer software, including but not limited to electronic health records systems
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
