About the role

The role is responsible for providing mental health support to families in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Valid state license to practice psychology or social work
  • Experience working with families in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Strong theoretical knowledge in family systems theory
  • Proficiency in using evidence-based practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
