About the role
The role is responsible for providing mental health support to families in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Valid state license to practice psychology or social work
- Experience working with families in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong theoretical knowledge in family systems theory
- Proficiency in using evidence-based practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
