About the role
Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. You must live within an hour of the specified territory.
- Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques
- Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients
- Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability
- Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment
- Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with youth and families
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families
