Mental Health Professional
Requirements
- Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related human service field
- 2 years of clinical experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
- Coordinate and provide therapy, medication management, and resource linkage services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, substance abuse professionals, employment specialists, housing specialists, and peer specialists
- Conduct therapeutic services in an individual's home or community setting
- Utilize personal vehicles for client transportation and community-based work
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and recovery driven systems
