Responsibilities

  • Provide trauma-informed treatment interventions that integrate clinical and psychiatric rehabilitation strategies.
  • Guide person-centered planning practices, assess for and integrate culturally congruent responses.
  • Help people access and maintain benefits and community resources.
  • Provide care coordination with external providers.
  • Connect with natural supports and provide crisis intervention services.
  • Enhance clinical skills and partner with Mental Health Professionals, psychiatric care providers, Nurses, Substance Use Specialists, Vocational, and Certified Peer Specialists.
  • Participate in ongoing professional growth and development.
  • Transport clients in the community.
  • Complete paperwork, reports, and charting contemporaneously and in an organized manner.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled team meetings.
  • Perform shift management duties according to established policies and procedures.
  • Take the lead in assessing, planning, and treating substance abuse for assigned clients.
  • Engage and reach out to clients' family members/significant others, including landlords and employers.
  • Attend commitment and other court hearings as required.
  • Complete required court reports.
  • File reports with relevant offices when applicable.
  • Assist clients with independent living skills.
  • Encourage competitive employment and foster positive work skills for clients.
  • Assist clients with making and keeping appointments.
  • Perform on-call crisis intervention covering nighttime hours and serve as a backup to evening and weekend staff.
  • Available for weekend and holiday duties on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field.
  • 2,000 hours supervised experience working with individuals with Mental Illness.

Pay

$59,773 - $65,243 per year.

Schedule

Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm.
