Job Description

We are a Behavioral Health Provider currently seeking Registered Nurses for a contract position.

A contractor role allows you to work as little or as much as you choose, managing your own schedule, while providing you with full autonomy.

Requirements

• RN Licensure in the state of Ohio.
• All applicants must submit/pass background check prior to hire.
• Individual NPI Number and Medicaid Provider Number will be required to start work.

Primary Duties

• Completes health appraisal on clients upon admission to agency and regularly throughout their course of care
• Aids nurse practitioners and physicians as necessary
• Evaluate, observe, and assess client's physical conditions
• Assists clients with treatment plans prescribed by nurse practitioner and/or physician
• Assists in administering and monitoring medications
• Maintains accurate and timely records of medications prescribed
• Communicates prescribed services and status to client (and client family as appropriate) in a timely fashion
• Participates in client care team meetings
• Completes release forms or client medical paperwork as requested
• Assists with medication refills on behalf of nurse practitioners or physicians
• Completes all client documentation accurately and in a timely fashion
