About the role

This position involves providing mental health services as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. The role focuses on patient-centered care, reducing health disparities, and respecting patient autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnose, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
  • Support patient safety through risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Operate under clinical supervision towards licensure.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or family therapy.
  • Oregon or applicable state licensure upon hire.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience includes practicum in behavioral health and substance use treatment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and evidence-based practice skills.
