Mental Health Counselor - Per Diem

About the role

We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programming at a Crisis Recovery Center, providing patient-focused, whole-person care in an inclusive environment that values diversity and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, family, group, and milieu).
• Deliver client, family, peer, and community education.
• Coordinate services with healthcare professionals, including physicians or ARNPs responsible for client care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field.
• 2 years of clinical experience.
• Hold or be eligible for licensure such as LPC, LPA, or LCSW.

Pay

$37.84 to $58.75 per hour, with potential additional compensation for shift differentials and incentives.

Schedule

Per diem, variable shifts.
