Mental Health Counselor - Per Diem

About the role

We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programming at a Crisis Recovery Center, providing direct client care in a patient-focused environment with an emphasis on compassionate, whole-person care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care through assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, group, and milieu therapy
• Plan and deliver client, family, peer, and community education
• Coordinate services with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurse practitioners

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Professional Counselor License (LPC), Psychological Associate License (LPA), or Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) upon hire (preferred)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience

Schedule

This is a per diem position with variable shifts, offering opportunities for additional compensation through various incentives.
