Mental Health Counselor - Per Diem

About the role

We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programming at a Crisis Recovery Center. This role is committed to whole-person, patient-focused care and fosters an inclusive environment that values diversity and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment planning
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy
• Conduct milieu therapy
• Coordinate services with healthcare professionals
• Provide client, family, peer, and community education
• Ensure comprehensive care for patients

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field
• Relevant clinical experience
• Preferred licensure as an LPC, LPA, or LCSW

Schedule

This is an on-site, per diem position with variable shifts and hours as needed.
