About the role
We are hiring a Mental Health Counselor to provide comprehensive clinical services at a Crisis Recovery Center.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy.
- Provide milieu therapy and coordinate care with healthcare professionals.
- Educate clients, families, peers, and the community.
- Support all aspects of clinical programming to promote client recovery and well-being.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field.
- Preferred licensure upon hire: LPC, LPA, or LCSW.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and therapeutic skills.
Pay
$37.84 to $58.75 per hour, plus potential additional incentives.
