Mental Health Counselor - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programming at a Crisis Recovery Center, providing patient-centered, whole-person care in a supportive, inclusive residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care through assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, group, and milieu therapy
• Develop client, family, peer, and community education programs
• Coordinate services with healthcare professionals, including physicians or ARNPs
• Support all aspects of clinical programming in a residential setting

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field
• Preferred licensure: LPC, LPA, or LCSW upon hire
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

This role involves working various shifts, including full-time evening and per diem options.
