Mental Health Counselor - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programming at a Crisis Recovery Center, emphasizing whole-person care, mutual respect, and community service. Your voice and contributions will be valued in a patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as milieu therapy.
• Coordinate services with healthcare professionals, including physicians or ARNPs.
• Offer client, family, peer, and community education.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• May hold licenses such as LPC, LPA, or LCSW upon hire.
• Strong clinical skills and compassion for patient care.

Schedule

Roles are available in full-time evening shifts or per diem shifts.
