Mental Health Counselor

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Clinical Social Worker Associate (CSWA), or Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality counseling services to a diverse population of clients, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health and life challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one, group, or family counseling sessions using various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
• Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with professional and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards for professional counseling and social work.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPC-A) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or CSWA) in Oregon.
• Proven experience in providing counseling services to diverse populations.
• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, therapeutic techniques, and crisis intervention.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay & Benefits

• LCSW or LPC - Starting at $34 per hour plus patient access compensation.
• CSWA or LPC-A - starting at $27 per hour plus patient access compensation.
