Company Description My Integrity Counseling provides secure telehealth mental health counseling services to residents across Ohio, using a client-centered philosophy to support individuals with past traumas and current mental health concerns. Our practice serves a diverse clientele of adults and adolescents with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders in need of counseling. The team is committed to leveraging these benefits to improve access to care and is proud of its positive impact and track record in supporting clients’ well-being.Role Description The Mental Health Counselor is a part-time, remote role based in OH. This role involves conducting individual and family counseling sessions, completing intake assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans aligned with client needs and goals for 10 to 15 clients weekly. The counselor will monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide case management and coordination with other providers or community resources as necessary. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, participating in team consultations, and contributing to a supportive, client-centered environment. QualificationsStrong foundation in Mental Health and Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-informed practices in a counseling setting.Skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management to develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.Experience or training in Relationship Counseling, including work with couples, families, and adolescents.Active state licensure (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) in Ohio.Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with a client-centered and trauma-informed approach.Ability to maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and use electronic health record systems effectively.Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of client care.
