About the role
Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join a community-based outpatient mental health team. Under supervision, you will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, and deliver psychoeducation and skill-building interventions. The role primarily focuses on individual therapy, with occasional group facilitation. Flexible hybrid work schedule includes onsite and telehealth days, with one evening appointment weekly.

Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligibility for or current holding of a Wisconsin "In Training" license such as APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT
Qualifications
- Active licensure preferred
- Experience with justice-involved populations preferred
- Trauma-informed care knowledge preferred

Schedule
