Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy
- Deliver psychoeducation
- Maintain clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings
- Collaborate with community partners
- Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices
- Focus primarily on individual therapy with occasional group facilitation opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Practicum experience in mental health or community services
- Eligibility for or current Wisconsin "In Training" license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)
- Valid driver's license and transportation
Preferred: active licensure, experience with justice-involved populations, trauma-informed care knowledge.
