About the role
Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join a community-focused outpatient mental health team. Under supervision, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, and deliver psychoeducation. Your work primarily involves individual therapy services, with occasional group opportunities.
Schedule
Flexible hybrid scheduling, including onsite and telehealth options, with a requirement for one evening appointment weekly.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligible for or hold an "In Training" license (such as APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT)
Preferred qualifications
- Active licensure
- Experience with justice-involved populations
- Trauma-informed care knowledge
