Role: Full-Time Therapist In Training, providing outpatient mental health services under supervision. Responsibilities Include Conducting assessments and developing treatment plansProviding individual psychotherapy and psychoeducationMaintaining clinical documentation and participating in team meetingsCollaborating with community partners and engaging in supervision and professional growthUtilizing trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices This position emphasizes individual therapy, with occasional group opportunities. Work environment & schedule: Hybrid model with onsite and telehealth sessions, flexible scheduling options, and one weekly evening appointment. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fieldPracticum experience in mental health or community servicesEligibility for Wisconsin "In Training" license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred skills: Active licensure, experience with justice-involved populations, trauma-informed care knowledge.
