Responsibilities

• Provide standardized clinical mental health counseling services involving the application of principles of human development, learning therapy, psychotherapy, group dynamics, and the etiology of mental illness and dysfunctional behavior.
• Work with other team members to address other social risk needs of patients.
• Utilize area referral network and resources for needed emergencies or advanced psychiatric assessment and services.

Requirements

• Behavioral Health Counselor licensure such as LCSW or LPCC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer knowledge.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to collaborate in a team setting.
