Role Overview

A full-time Therapist In Training provides clinical services under supervision to individuals in community-based and justice-involved populations. The position emphasizes individual therapy, including assessments, treatment planning, counseling, psychoeducation, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver psychotherapy to individuals.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Collaborate with community partners.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development.
• Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Practicum experience.
• Eligibility for or current Wisconsin "In Training" license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT).
• Valid driver's license and transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active licensure.
• Experience with justice-involved populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
