Qualifications
- Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and must renew as applicable.
- Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.
