About the Role
The Clinician will assess the immediate and ongoing needs of youth, Transitional Age Youth (TAY), and their families and work with the treatment team to develop plans and referrals for support. Services are provided in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, workplaces, community locations, and the office, using a flexible "whatever it takes" approach. The position requires travel to offsite locations using a personal vehicle and may include transporting participants or family members.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for crisis support.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a social science field required.
- Two (2) years of experience working in a behavioral health field.
- Registration as an Associate with BBS (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC).
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred (differential pay offered to bilingual staff).
Division/Program Overview
- Population Served (Capacity): Serves clients (ages 16-24).
- Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Fresno County within designated county limits. May be required to transport clients/client family members utilizing a personal vehicle.
- Clinical Services (Core): Individual and family counseling.
- Skills & Services: Medication management, Housing, Education, and Vocational Support services.

Schedule
Tuesday-Friday (10 hours per day/40 hours per week). Working hours are approximate and may include flexibility as needed to meet client needs.
