Mental Health Clinical Supervisor - LISW, LPCC, LICDC + Required

OhioGuidestone is the state's leader in community behavioral health care, serving around 26,000 Ohioans each year. The Clinical Supervisor role involves direct supervision of assigned staff, including hiring, supervision, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of assigned staff across Four County region of Ohio (Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams)
• Hiring, supervision, and employee development
• Ensures fiscal accountability of all assigned programs and services
• Develops detailed project plans and Logic Models to clearly define and monitor program goals and agency strategic initiatives
• Assists in the development of realistic budgets and ensures compliance with internal standards and goals
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance
• May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events or department specific projects or seasonal program changes
• Exhibits positivity, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related training in Psychology or Counseling with an Ohio LISW, LPCC or LICDC required
• LISW-S or LPCC-S with 3 years post-independent license experience preferred
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance

Qualifications

• Strong oral, written skills and public speaking skills
• Ability to conduct trainings
• Ability to verbally exchange information in a confidential manner with employees, clients, participants, and/or families in various settings
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Ability to clearly and confidentially communicate with OhioGuidestone employees, clients, students, participants, and other stakeholders
