Clinical Supervisor – Mental Health Programs (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW)

Location: Oakland, CA | Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (Minimum 3 Days Onsite)

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) to provide clinical supervision, mentor pre-licensed clinicians, and maintain a small therapy caseload in an outpatient mental health setting.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday
• Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite)
• No on-call
• Occasional Saturday coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision
• Review documentation and treatment plans
• Mentor clinicians toward licensure
• Maintain a low caseload (5-10 clients)
• Conduct assessments and provide individual/family therapy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff training

Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field
• Active California LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license
• 4+ years of post-licensure therapy experience with children and families
• 2+ years of clinical supervision experience
• Experience with Medi-Cal programs
• Bilingual Spanish required
