MENTAL HEALTH CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Adams County Integrated Health Care Services is seeking a Clinical Director for its Mental Health Program.

About the role

The Clinical Director will demonstrate extensive leadership skills through the management of multiple, complex behavioral health programs. The role involves providing clinical supervision (individual and group) for mental health staff, serving as a Designated Crisis Responder, conducting investigations for involuntary detentions, and maintaining an outpatient caseload.

The agency is a progressive Behavioral Health center where counselors address diverse caseloads, including children, adults, and geriatrics, using Evidence-Based Therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple behavioral health programs
• Provide clinical supervision (individual and group) for mental health staff
• Serve as a Designated Crisis Responder
• Perform investigations for involuntary detentions
• Maintain an outpatient caseload

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral science or MSW
• 5 years of clinical and supervisory experience
• Current Mental Health Counselor License through the Department of Health
• Bilingual (Spanish) encouraged

Pay

County Management Salary Range M3: $86,618.34 – $105,285.14
