Responsibilities
- Aid in the completion of a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan for each client.
- Affirm that all clients on the assigned caseload receive an environmental matrix to identify skill deficits and strengths to establish treatment goals.
- Create and implement a written service plan for each client.
- Offer services to diffuse or resolve crises to prevent unnecessary use of emergency rooms, in-patient services, and mental health court.
- Connect clients to behavioral health and social service agencies to ensure there are no gaps in service.
- Mak home, school, hospital, and community-based visits on a daily basis. Must be able to travel throughout Bucks County to meet face to face with clients, families, schools, providers, etc., as needed.
- Utilize IPAD and cell phone provided to complete documentation tasks and outreach to clients, providers, coordinate resources, etc.
- Be familiar with and able to access community resources and child-serving systems in Bucks County.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and supervision sessions.
- Achieve billable hour requirements per week.
- Assume a case load of up to 30 clients.
- Provide on-call support for 24/7 mental health crisis support in a rotation with other program staff.

Requirements
- 12 credits in coursework related to Human Services, Psychology, or related field
- One or more years of direct clinical experience working with children, youth, and families
- Manage a varied work schedule Monday-Friday between 8:30am - 8:30pm, including 3 required evenings per week
