Mental Health Case Manager

About the Role

Assists MH Case Managers/Therapists in providing services for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other human-service-related field (preferred). Minimum one year Behavioral Health experience preferred.
• OR working towards a degree (preferred) in a human-service-related field with 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field preferred.

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to listen, understand, and explain complex situations
