What You'll Do As a Mental Health Associate, you'll help keep the treatment environment safe, structured, and therapeutic by: Supporting and monitoring clients throughout the treatment dayAssisting with group and psychoeducational sessionsSupervising breaks, activities, transportation, and other program activitiesSupporting the team during behavioral health or crisis situationsAssisting with urine screenings and related documentationCompleting routine documentation, chart reviews, and clerical tasksCommunicating client concerns and observations to the treatment teamBuilding professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundariesUsing trauma-informed and culturally responsive approachesParticipating in team meetings, training, quality improvement, and continuing educationProviding transportation support when assigned What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degreeValid driver's licenseWillingness to drive a company van If you're dependable, compassionate, and interested in building a career in behavioral healthcare, this could be a great opportunity to start making an impact while growing your skills and experience.
