Men’s Technical Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed technical packages for men’s apparel styles.
• Measure samples, review construction, and provide clear fit comments to vendors.
• Lead fit sessions and communicate changes across development and production teams.
• Partner with Design to translate concepts into commercially viable, production-ready garments.
• Review specifications, grading, measurements, and construction details for accuracy.
• Track samples and support timelines from initial development through final production.
• Identify fit, quality, and construction issues and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical Design experience within men’s apparel.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, patternmaking, and grading.
• Experience measuring samples and processing fit comments.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
