Men's Dresswear Expert - Woodfield Rack
About the role
Thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, Nordstrom Rack team members continuously move and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers. They ensure a quick and easy customer experience and keep the store clean and clutter-free.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms (in-store, online and mobile).
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor.
- Keep the customer experience clean and clutter-free by sorting and returning clothing to the salesfloor.
- Ensure the stockrooms are organized and merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment.
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards.
- Promote initiatives like the Nordstrom Rewards program.
Requirements
- Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Physical Requirements
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $17.45 - $18.15 Hourly.
