Aventura at the Bay is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dynamic Memory Care Unit Director to lead our specialized memory care community. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our memory care program while ensuring exceptional resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and an engaging environment for residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Qualifications Current nursing license (RN or LPN), or other healthcare leadership experience as permitted by state regulations.At least 3-5 years of experience in memory care.Strong knowledge of dementia care best practices and regulatory standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Passion for providing compassionate, person-centered care.CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
