Memory Care Medication Technician

About the role

We are growing and seeking qualified candidates to join our dedicated team as Med Techs. Upon completion of orientation and training, staff have a set schedule that includes at least one weekend day. Med Techs may also serve as caregivers, with schedules split between caregiving and Med Tech shifts to coordinate with other team members.

Schedule

• Set schedule after training completion, including at least one weekend shift.
• Potential schedules:
  • Wednesday to Saturday PM shift (2:00 PM to 10:15 PM) for 4 shifts.
  • Tuesday to Saturday for 5 shifts.
  • Friday to Monday PM shift (2:00 PM to 10:15 PM) for 4 shifts, with potential for a Tuesday shift to complete 5 days.
• Shift differentials:
  • $1 per hour for all hours worked Friday through Monday, including all night (NOC) shifts.
  • Additional $1 per hour for NOC shifts starting Friday at 10:00 PM through Monday’s NOC shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

Pay

• Hiring bonus of $500, split into two payments:
  • $250 at 90 days (completion of probationary period).
  • $250 at 6 months.
• Attendance bonuses and referral bonuses available.
